  I was just on hold for 15mins listening to an infuriating jingle with a lady interrupting said jingle every 30sec, telling me she appreciated my patience and that I was 1st in the que....

  Doctor came on time and provided great advice and care. They even informed my day-time GP for a follow-up!

  I was told to wait 2-3 hours today and the doctor came around 1.5-2hrs, for my horrible gastro symptoms. Great doctor, correct prescription given to me that has made me feel a thousand times better. Easy process to book appointment through the app. Will use again. Thanks

  Was told a Dr would be out within 2 hours, 2 hours came and went and no call or sign of the Dr. Called the centre to find out what was going on, was told should be here in half an hr if not call back. I gave it 45 minutes and still nothing so called back to be told she would call the Dr and see what was going on. Waited over half an hour AGAIN and no call back so called once more. Was told she would get the Dr to call me and see but I told them not to bother and cancel it. Will have to try and get out dial a Dr instead.

  I've been on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes so far waiting for someone to answer. Doesn't bode well for the service. Up until the 1 hour mark the system told me my position in the queue but then after an hour it seemed like it lost the ability to track me.
