  First half of my treatment was quite noisey and I could not relax. I know it can be hard to control the sound of others but it probably should be made more of a priority for this type of business. The majority of the sound was the staff laughing and talking in the other room and a small amount from the busy road outside. Laughter and talking isn't an unpleasant sound just the volume made it hard for me to relax. If the staff read this there are these headphones called "sleep phones" which would be perfect for treatments where noise could be an issue. They are a wireless comfortable headband style headphone. The aircon was on a little low for my liking (I was cold throughout my treatment). I'm sure if I had told them they would have remedied the situation but I'm quite shy. Had they asked me how I found the temperature though I would have told them. Perhaps they could make this a routinely asked question to help out us shy folk. The place is very clean and decorated nicely, in keeping with the standard "all natural day spa" style. I saw a lot of attention to detail which was appreciated. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall the treatment itself was not relaxing for me due to the reasons mentioned above. As the place is quite pricey and this was my first and only experience there, I probably won't go back. If someone asks me if it is good though I would say yes.

  This is the 3rd time that I visit this spa for my beauty needs. Wow! They kept on impressing me. All their services are great. Their crew, very talented. They all deserve 5 stars. If you want to pamper, visit this spa! You will never regret believing me!

  Bohdi J in Wembley was so beautiful. From the moment you are shown into your spa room the place just is the epitome of serenity. From the dimmed lighting to the soft music and beautiful candlelights you hear absolutely nothing outside of your room. There is complete privacy and professionalism shown at all times. Loved the oval massage tables with space to lie your arms beside you and the bubbles in the spa that never dissolved. Felt so luxurious. I thoroughly recommend a visit there.
